- Attendance of the November 15, 2008 brainstorming meeting in Washington DC.
- Attendance of the November 15, 2008 brainstorming meeting in Washington DC., and making financial pledge as a commitment to the organization, and
- Attendance of the November 15, 2008 brainstorming meeting in Washington DC, and making financial pledge as a commitment to the organization, and making pledge payment.
